The cycle that keeps you working - Fear and Greed

Fear keeps people working at a job. The fear of not paying the bills, the risk of loss, the fear of starting over again and the fear of the unknown. But greed or the desire for things keeps us reaching higher. We feel like we need more money to buy more stuff. But not all our desires are so superficial. We need a raise to get a bigger house and a van to raise a family. But the more money you give people the more indebted they become. Now with a family, a large mortgage and children, the fear is greater. You fear getting fired. This is the Rat Race as per Robert Kiyosaki.

How to you get out of the Rat Race? First its education but not the type you learn in school. You need to learn to manage risk, invest your money for cash flow so that you can replace your income. You need to learn accounting (aka the tax system), markets, investing, and the law. You need to invest in Yourself, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, or a Business.

My two cents.

I am a Mortgage Agent and Licensed Real Estate Agent that specializes in real estate investment, off market opportunities and strategic placement mortgage options. I help create wealth through real estate and more broadly offer an alternative voice to financial planning and wealth creation.

I am focused on catering to 'The Average Joe" by building wealth through these strategies:
- Expense Reduction - Reducing NET interest you pay
- Tax Reduction - Making your residential mortgage interest a tax deduction.
- Quick Cash - Strategies for quick capital growth
- Cash Flow - Generating a monthly income
- Portfolio Income - Your money making money
