Twice a year, on Jake’s passing and his birthday, we ask everyone to do an act of kindness in his memory. These are very challenging days, and knowing that Jake is still making a positive impact on people’s lives brings some much-needed joy. He had such a big heart, and we know he is smiling with each act performed.
