Tik Tok video leads to investigation, NY Sheriff trying to find trespassers

After a Tik Tok video was posted that shows three people using a submerged Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office car as a video prop, sheriff’s office spokesman Sgt. Jon Seeber confirmed the department is investigating the video.
