As we enter a new year, a new era, I want to make sure my thinking is aligned with my intent, so I decided to do a quick experiment. I decided to look consciously at the way I respond to everyday happening events and see the various meanings I give to the results from my interactions with other people and circumstances. This would show me just how much I stay in auto-pilot during my daily activities, and how the meanings I give to all these nuance interactions can amplify and affect my state of mind.
