Agitator in front of the Capitol moments before the fence was breached

We walked to the capital early due to the massive crowd at the Washington monument during Trumps speech. We encountered a man dressed in all black with no MAGA gear on urging people to storm the capital. Judge for yourselves but we pegged him as an agitator immediately. We did head towards the capital with the intention of letting our voices be heard but from OUTSIDE.
