Me shooting a Ruger American Ranch 5.56

I picked up this Ruger American Ranch rifle in 5.56. It takes AR mags, which was a key selling feature for me. The scope I strapped on is a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40. It’s a great little setup as a truck gun or a grab and “go inna woods” rifle. I was peggin a dinner plate sized steel gong a 100 meters away with some cheapo 5.56 ball ammo.
