Eating RAW liver in South Korea

My father in-law has very similar tastes when it comes to eating.

He is often surprised that I enjoy many of the same foods as him. I'm starting to think he's going out if his way to come up with dishes that I won't eat.

We went on a walk and he stopped off at s butcher and I had no idea what he got.

When we arrived home he went straight to the kitchen and removed a familiar dark red blob from the bag he was carrying. He proceeded to cut it up and put it on a plate. He then mixed some sesame seed oil in salt together and put it all on a tray.
