I look into allegations from Italy that are surfacing that a 20 year State Department Employee, Stephan Serafini and an Italian General, Claudio Graziano, manipulated vote totals via algorithms and then sent those votes through an encrypted military satellite partially owned by the Italian Government, belonging to a large defense contractor named Leonardo Spa.
