Witness Said Georgia Absentee Votes Looked Like Scanned Copies

Susan Voyles, poll manager in Fulton County, told the Georgia Senate committee during a hearing on Dec. 3 about an odd batch of absentee ballots that caught her attention during the recount on Nov. 14. The ballots looked "pristine," there were no folds, the markings on the ballots all looked exactly the same. "It was very easy to see that a ballot had been replicated many times."
