One Maricopa County Observer Expected to Monitor 90 Tables in Ballot Counting Room

Maricopa County poll watcher & observer Dr. Judith Burns testified at the Arizona State Legislature hearing on Nov. 30,2020, that she was expected to cover monitoring 90 tables in the room where ballots were being counted. Dr. Burns says tubs of ballots were brought into the room but they were just in rubber bands and were already opened. She was told they came from the mail room.
