Same ballots scanned "nine to ten" times

Melissa Carone, a Dominion contractor, testified at the Michigan House Oversight Committee Hearing, on Dec. 2 that she observed at the Detroit TCF center on election night: "Instead of discarding, they were just re-scanning re-scanning re-scaning. Counting ballots nine to ten times. Counting votes nine to ten times. [Rudy Giulianni: So they were counting the same ballot same vote nine or ten times?], Yes Sir." She also estimated that was done thousands of times.
