New Frontier Horizon 1939

The state government plans to build a dam to control floods and owes the properties of local farmers and ranchers, including the state's intent to equitably compensate landowners, but a crooked real estate promoter complicates matters. Ranchers, led by Stony Brook (John Wayne (P)), Tucson Smith (Ray Corrigan) and Rusty Jocelyn (Raymond Hutton) both fight the law and the fraudsters.
