Allegation 1: Duties & Responsibilities - My statutory common law constitutional rights of petition, freedom of expression, speech, thought and assembly were forcefully, illegally, and unconstitutionally violated. None of these rights have been expressly repealed by legislation or regulations. Therefore the police and this constable have acted unlawfully.
