Rioter Scolds Capitol Policeman

One of the apparent leaders of the Capitol riot dresses down a police officer, apparently because the officer won't allow additional protesters inside the building. "We've got a job to do?! That's a poor excuse!"

The takeaway is that there appears to have been some degree of cooperation if not coordination between and law enforcement officials charged with defending the US Congress on January 6th.
