DIY Genie Time Lapse cable system

I love the Syrp Genie system and would love to have a Slingshot to do time lapses that I can't do with just a Syrp Magic Carpet. But I'm not yet ready to spend the money on the Slingshot. So I checked Youtube, found a few DIY versions, and used one of those videos to create my own.
