Trump's Statement January 7th, what will Senate Chuck Schumer do to stop Trump? Impeachment?

Hello there!!! Welcome to ASL Patriot Broadcast Twitter, Facebook and IG has locked Trump out of their social media. So Trump had to make his statement elsewhere. I grabbed what he said so I could sign it for you.
Trump: “Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th. I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it’s only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again!”
Notice how Trump said, “first term”- he is saying he is not conceding.
Yesterday Trump released a video that contained a “proclamation to disperse.” This was the video in which he told everybody to “go home in peace.”
Trump’s proclamation to disperse is a necessary legal step before invoking the Insurrection Act.
This statement, it turns out, is a necessary step to invoke the militia or US armed forces to defend the republic.10 USC Section 254 is called “Proclamation to disperse” and it explains:
Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time. This was the video in which he told everybody to “go home in peace.”
So Trump met the criteria for using the insurrection act. It is believed that Trump flew to Texas. From there, it is rumored that Trump is likely preparing to invoke the Insurrection Act or some other form of military authority to conduct mass arrests of the traitors who have betrayed this nation which now includes VP Mike Pence, Lindsay Graham, Mitch McConnell and many others that they found through their trap. Gateway Pundit has a list of their names. One person suggested that “Trump must now activate a military option to defend the republic, either via the Insurrection Act or other military authority. He has put everything in place for this very moment. Importantly, Trump patiently attempted to defend the Republic through the courts and through Congress, watching as each option was exhausted due to extreme corruption, criminality and fraud throughout the system. (Even SCOTUS was compromised in the same way Pence has been compromised: Blackmail, extortion and pedophilia.)”
It is also reported that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) issued a statement Thursday calling for the immediate removal of President Trump by impeachment or the 25th Amendment. Schumer appealed to Vice President Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment as the quickest way to remove Trump. Schumer said, ““What happened at the U.S. Capitol yesterday was an insurrection against the United States, incited by the President. This president should not hold office one day longer. The quickest and most effective way – it can be done today -to remove this president from office would be for Vice President to immediately invoke 25th amendment. If the Vice President and the Cabinet refuse to stand up, Congress should reconvene to impeach the president.” They want to do this quickly to stop Trump from using the Insurrection Act.
Will all this rumors come to pass? We shall see.
