Hey Chef Dawgs! These are the Kirkland Signature brand homemade enchiladas from Costco. You'll notice they are packed with Costco's rotisserie chicken and tastes as close to restaurant-style as I think you can get without going out for Mexican food. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted. Just put in the oven for about an hour and serve.
