Beef Brisket Hot Dogs | Chef Dawg

Hey chef dawgs! These are the texas style brisket hot dogs from Costco and we really likey. You know how most hot dogs are made up of ground up pig hoofs? these are 100 percent brisket dogs and they are delicious. They are precooked so all you have to do is heat them up...it did take a bit longer than I thought it would to cook them but again I like most things well cooked. Brisket is one of my favorite things to eat so no surprise I was delighted to pound one or two of these down. Always grill the brisket dogs if you can it seems to add to the flavor...but overall we all loved them and would eat again for sure. Hope you enjoyed this review and if you went hunting this year I hope you did better then we did.
