Pole Barn part 25: Heat works!

The boiler has been running for 12 hours, the plumbers finished the Intake plumbing, and I am now the proud owner of a $12K radiant heat system! I sure hope this lives up to my expectations, because it is definitely not the cheapest method to pick for heating the shop! It should get pretty reasonable once it is warm and insulated in there, but the initial cost is pretty steep. For the guys following that are thinking about this type of system, make sure you are fully aware of all the costs involved before you start. The insulation under the slab and along the outer edge, the tubing, the boiler, the plumbing, etc. all gets a bit costly.
