MetalCloak takes on the FMVSS 126 Challenge

A few weeks ago we sent our 2014 JK Wrangler to Arizona for FMVSS 126 Testing. What is FMVSS 126? It is a Federal Mobile Vehicle Safety Standard designed to ensure that your Electronic Stability Control [ESC] still functions as intended even when a suspension is modified. But, as we usually do, Metalcloak did not do this in the normal fashion. No. Usually companies will do FMVSS 126 with a lift kit on a fairly stock vehicle. Not us. We sent down a trail tested 2014 JK Wrangler fully equipped with Overland Fenders & Rockers, UnderCloak Skid Plate System with 37” Patagonia’s on Raceline Wheels.

The result? See for your self…
