President Trump said that he plans to send federal law enforcement to Kenosha, Wisconsin, after a shooting left two people dead. And in surprising news, CNN's Don Lemon said it's time for Joe Biden to address the violence and the riots that are happening across the country. Is Lemon finally starting to get concerned about America's well-being? No, he's just concerned about Biden's poll numbers.
