How to make brown sauce or HP sauce, the classic English condiment

The very best of British Brown sauce just like HP but so much more fruity.

HP sauce was created by a grocer from Nottingham in the 19th century, it got it's name from the houses of parliament as the MP's loved this sauce and the logo on the bottle of brown sauce to this day has Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament on it. So what is brown sauce? It is a a strong flavoured alternative to ketchup, the same technique with different ingredients creates a strong fruity spicy sauce that is perfect with a bacon sandwich, or a full English breakfast.
