Many of our community have lost loved ones unexpectedly this past year, whether from a surge in homicides, Coronavirus deaths or one funeral home even tells us, suicides. What can make the loss more devastating, green lawn cemeteries tells us, is not being able to properly say goodbye. Two local funeral homes tell us how they’re making sure those who have lost a loved one can get the closure they need.
