Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, Award-Winning Inventor is best known for creating and patenting the Q Code Platform for Scan Commerce and Scan to Connect. Mr. Pulitzer has broken down the issue with the 2020 US election fraud which used the original ballot codes. These codes and printing variances switched almost 94% of the Georgia vote count. The normal adjudication of ballots is around 1-2%. This obviously greatly exceeds those norms and is completely illegal to be operating under state law at those levels.

Yet these figures are the ones announced on election night by the election office of Georgia. The same election office and Secretary of State's office are currently running another fraudulent election. Why with the history and evidence already displayed are we using the same flawed system and expecting any different results? It is due to their original failures that the Georgia runoff election is even necessary.

A full forensic audit of the ballots will determine the complete extent of the fraud that took place. Then it will be shown in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada.
