Producing CNC machine castings from aluminum

Here is a demonstration of using a match plate pattern, as well as my simple aluminum melter that uses a stove burner for the heat source. This is a collection of videos and still shots from my workshop in the last few months of building a CNC router using unistrut for the slides, and quite a number of aluminum castings that I produced using my home workshop foundry.
