INGREDIENTS
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
Avocado oil, for frying
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, stir crabmeat, mayo, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt, pepper and old bay seasoning .
Form into 9 patties.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat pan with oil and heat until shimmering. Add crab cakes and cook until golden and crispy, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
