GA SOS Raffensperger ordered uncertified software update before election, Trump sues

An email chain has surfaced showing that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ordered an update to 34,000 ballot marking devices across the state. The update was not certified by the EAC which has led to allegations that the vote is now in question due to an illegal update being installed which was never tested nor certified. President Trump has sued Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for leaking their confidential phone call to the Washington Post. If Raffensperger in fact installed a software update that was not EAC certified would this nullify all the votes of those machines? Were people on Jovan Pulitzer's team shot at in Georgia?
