Police looking for man caught on video stealing cell phone, allegedly attacked two with knife

Police are looking for a man who allegedly stole a cell phone from JR's Cellular Store in Phoenix and reportedly attacked two bystanders with a knife who tried to stop him from fleeing the scene.
