speaks on behalf of the Khoisan members who were arrested over the weekend for the illegal occupation of a section of Table Mountain. Those arrested say they cannot occupy land that is traditionally theirs anyway, citing The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
