2005 CIA Briefing by Bill Gates: vaccines for Religious fanatics

In 2005 Bill Gates was working on vaccines that would alter religious zealots brain making them none violent. Now this was an open study because of fear from America being attacked by terrorist and having it fresh on our minds. Fear cause people to relinquish their freedoms and others as well.
