During one of the examples of building anticipation in your audience, Roddy played a video of John talking about three things you need to do when you start a new job to make yourself stand out and exceed expectations. During the video, we learned how to build anticipation, but we did not learn the three things... So tonight, I am going to share on the Growing Leadership Blog, the Three Things.
