Do you know how to make MOCHI? This is the best way to make mochi. Very Easy!

Plain mochi recipe:
Glutinous Rice 500g / Water 320ml

1. Wash the glutinous sticky rice. (Do not soak.)
2. Drain the rice using a strainer for 30 min.
3. Set the rice and water in the pan.
