Free Fix: Ruger 10/22 Auto Bolt Release Using Factory OEM Parts

Today we’ll show you how to fix the Ruger 10/22 bolt release so it automatically releases when the bolt is pulled back from the locked position [as God intended it to]. We will do it using the factory parts… IE no aftermarket parts needed. I just know someone is going to ask, so I will answer in advance… NO, this does NOT make your Ruger 10/22 into a “full auto”. This has nothing to do with that. It just makes it so the bolt will release from the open [locked-back] position by simply pulling it back and releasing it… just like pretty much every other gun on the planet. Have fun and stay safe!
