Andrea shows Tiger SAHMA's commercial coconut processing facility. This facility is used to help process coconut products for local residents. Another building which was not shown is used to produce various hand crafted products sold at SAHMA's airport gift shop. SAHMA stands for the South Andros Handicraft Manufacturers Association. This organization uses generational knowledge of crafting products from South Andros' natural resources into functional products used to beautify the home, body and soul. The knowledge is passed from South Andros' elders to their youth.
