update to new energy system design

getting ready to mount Neo Magnets into Lexan disk. coils 4 layers of them 32 each will be fixed in position while the disks will rotate 8 magnets each outer magnet sides not used with coils will be pulsed by coils as a motor to drive the disks. concept is to provide energy without any load to motor
