Workout FOLLOW ALONG | 3 Rounds of High Intensity Home Exercises 🙌

Today we're doing a really great set of exercises, which you can do at home!

All you need is an exercise mat, a smooth floor, and some socks. We'll be using the socks to make our feet friction-less to get some awesome movements in. The 5 exercises are:

1. Plank Side - Sides
2. Reverse In - Out
3. Pushup - Half Plank
4. Plank Knee Taps
5. Plank Side Swings

We'll start off with a warm up, and a demo of each exercise. Then it's 3 rounds of each for time. Feel free to take a longer break between rounds, or modify the movements if you need. 😃
