The House of Representatives, controlled by Democrats and led by Nancy Pelosi is asking a court to reject Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert’s recent lawsuit against Vice President Pence. This lawsuit seeks to establish that Vice President Mike Pence has the power to reject electoral college votes in Congress when they are are presented on Wednesday for certification. Constitutional expert, Rick Green says the Court’s ruling on the lawsuit could have significant impact on whether things go in Trump or Biden’s favor on that day.
