January 6 reckoning
ROUGH TRANSCRIPT:
Hello there!!! Welcome to ASL Patriot Broadcast! With January 6th approaching, many of us are wondering what EXACTLY are the procedures? What will happen at the Electoral College session? Let’s try to tackle this tough and confusing subject on! The joint session of Congress convenes on January 6th, VP pence will be in charge of the session as the President of the Senate.
According to one article, it says, “The U.S. Constitution mandates that the U.S. Senate be presented with the Electoral College results and must pass judgment as to their validity.” Each state has their results sealed in an envelope- and that is called “Slate.” Let’s give you an example of how we can have TWO slates from a state. At first, AZ called for Biden. Their electors, all Democrats, had a Zoom meeting and signed their “certificates”(Which there is no such thing- what they also signed was the official Electoral College papers but on ZOOM- and playing with the Media manipulation- made a show of holding up “certificates” to the camera.) saying AZ has voted for Biden. We all knew it was fraud. There was evidence. So that same day, that afternoon- a group of alternative/GOP electors signed the paper work which was the same as the group that signed that morning. That became the second “SLATE”. One slate is from the Democrats, which has fraud, and the second slate is the one from the Republicans which has the correct count.
Now we have TWO slates. This is happening also in other states. We have (so far) Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, New Mexico and Michigan. OK, now with those 7 states - VP Pence will be getting the slates from each of those states and from all the other states. Each state roll call will give the Senate and House a chance to object.

This happened before with Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson was in the same position during the disputed election of 1800 between him and former president John Adams. They had three states that cast two slates, same as our 7 states, and it went to congress. Thomas Jefferson won. Since then, Congress has rewritten the procedures for the Electoral College afterward and yet the Twelfth Amendment left this provision in place when Congress rewrote the procedures for the Electoral College afterward. Congress did not see the need to change something that worked before.

So on January 6th, IF NO ONE objects, Pence could simply accept the electoral votes as is and Biden would be the next POTUS. Will people object?
The U.S. Constitution mandates that the U.S. Senate be presented with the Electoral College results and must pass judgment as to their validity. Listen again to this quote, “must pass judgment as to their validity.”

We can OBVIOUSLY prove beyond any reasonable doubt that those 7 states at the very least were involved with fraud. So when the House and Senate object to the named state- it starts the appointment set up for the 2 hour debate about to vote on accepting or not accepting the electoral vote. SO for example, let’s look at AZ. When Pence calls on AZ by opening their original (Democrats) envelope, people will object. They only need one from each house and senate.

If they reject the Electoral Vote then AZ does not count in the election. If they accept the Electoral Vote, then AZ will count. This will happen with each state that is contested. So the results could be similar or drastically different each state. Whatever is counted will be brought back to Congress. If all 7 states votes ends up saying the electoral votes are not counted, then the official numbers are this. President Trump have 232 votes and Joe Biden will have 222. If some states votes to COUNT the fraudulent votes then it depends on how many states adds up for Biden. For example, suppose AZ(has 11 points) and Nev(6) votes “aye” then Biden’s numbers goes from 222 to 239 and other 5 states votes “Nay”. Other possible example is AZ, Nev, and NM, (all in the same region) votes “nay” but PA, GA, MI and WI votes are “aye” to count Biden votes. This would make Biden’s number go from 222 to 283(4) and giving Biden the Presidency. OR if PA, GA, AZ, and Nevada votes “aye” that will give Biden 273(5) votes which is enough to win. There are many different combinations with different math numbers for total votes. We already know these states will be close. There is a very STRONG possibility BOTH candidates will not have ENOUGH numbers
They will then give the results to Pence to “announce” the count of the votes. Whatever person has hit the 270 goal first is the President. If none of them hits 270 then guess what happens?
This triggers what is called a "contingent(Group) election" . Wiki says “contingent election is the procedure used to elect the president or vice president in the event that no candidate for one or both of these offices wins an absolute majority of votes in the Electoral College. A presidential contingent election is decided by a special vote of the United States House of Representatives, while a vice-presidential contingent election is decided by a vote of the United States Senate. “

In the Senate, each senator gets to cast one vote for the Vice President. In the House of Representatives, each state would then cast one vote per state for President. Let’s take a look at the 117th Congress: Partisan Composition of the U.S. House by State map.
Currently, Republicans hold a 26-23 edge, with one tie in Pennsylvania. Democrats are going to lose three close majorities, as Michigan and Minnesota move to an evenly split delegation. So we are looking at around 26 to 27 Republicans, around 20 for Democrats with 3 or 4 ties. If all people are expected to vote along their party lines, chances are looking good for Trump. Unless we find a lot more RINO’S than we thought.
There is a strong possibility there are other things I am missing- someone mentioned that Pence has the POWER to choose which slate to use and I have found nothing to give any truth to that so I am not focusing on that. There is another possibility that, as OAN has reported, “the state legislatures have the constitutional responsibility to ensure that the electors set from their state are correct, the state legislators can effectively overrule the secretaries of state and either selects the republican electors, or decertify the democrat electors” but I have not found anything to support the possibility that the State Legislators can overrule the Sec of State. The state legislature can make a difference in the state house of representative when voting on objected ballots in their state. So I did not include those two as “possibilities” in this report. There are probably other things but at least what I researched and found seems solid.
