Wild Rumors Flying Around Washington Pre-Jan 6th, 3435

Good evening and Happy New Year to you all. I’m Still reporting on the coup.
Washington has become a rumor wild-town in the runup to what is certainly one of THE most important meetings in the history of the United States – the Jan. 6th Joint Session Congress where Mike Pence, the President of the United States Senate, and Vice-President of the United States has the sole and plenary power to open the Electoral Votes and/or declare them valid or invalid for holding elections in violation of their own state laws.
Hopefully Pence is under heavy guard tonight as the fate of the Republic rests on his strong shoulders. Should anything happen to him over the course of the next 6 days, guess who takes over – Prancing Nancy Pelosi. Now that is a doomsday scenario for freedom lovers around the world.
Pence is said to be vacationing with his family in Colorado. Uhhh – This is the man who in half an hour of historic glory next Wednesday afternoon, could secure his place as the 46th President of the United States and secure the last bastion of freedom for future generations of Americans with a few dismissive words about the electors of 7 states which ran defective elections in November.
I’d much rather think that Pence is not skiing merrily in Aspen or Vail while the Defense Department sends more B-52s and another U.S. Navy aircraft carrier battle group into the region to threaten Iran should they launch a rumored attack on either Israel or Washington – or both.
Another rumor is that Pence and family are ensconsed in Cheyenne Mountain tonight, the headquarters of the United States Space Command and NORAD, built under 2,000-feet of solid granite to withstand a direct hit from a 30-megaton nuclear device. This is truly the nation’s most secure facility, but there is skiing on the mountain’s exterior.
But in certain capitols of the world tonight there is great consternation that VP Pence could secure another 4-year term for their mortal enemy – President Trump - in less than 6 days now.
Did you know that the Israeli military is at maximum alert tonight?
Did you know that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif claimed today that President Donald Trump’s administration is cooking up a plot to fabricate a pretext for war during his final days in power?
“War with Iran could be Trump’s final punishment on the American people for rejecting him and a massive act of sabotage against Biden for defeating him.”
said Sina Toossi, of the National Iranian American Council.
Yes, there is a lot going on beneath Washington’s surface tonight.
President Trump returned a day early from a well-deserved rest at his Florida Resort.
Why?
Was it because he just had to negotiate with Mitch McConnell face to face? Unlikely.
More likely, Palm Beach, Florida, as every central Floridian knows, is the closest approach of the deep waters of the Gulf Stream. It is relatively insecure from water-born attack – let’s say from long-ranged cruise missiles, for example.
And then there is this spooky picture of the President watching over what looks to be a rehearsal of something. But what, exactly, could it be?
There are even wild rumors that Vice President Pence could wheel out a voting machine to do the real tabulation of the vote in the November election. But that is really living on the wild, absurd, nonsense, could never happen here side of Washington.
So tonight when you retire for your first rest of 2021 – wherever you are in this world - say a special prayer for our President and Vice President, and their families, as well as the Republic under whose broad wings of freedom we are truly blessed to live.
