Daniel Miller of the TNM explains that hostile nations would not invade Texas if it were to secede. Firstly, nations have not taken over small, independent, weak nations such as Andorra, Malta, Bahamas, and the many others. Secondly, Texas would be one of the largest and most powerful militaries in the world. Also, they could likely join NATO and/or other alliances.
