- Escape Artist (cats especially)
- Doors and Windows Punching Through
- Noise While Gone
- No Yard (frequent walks)
- Vet issues when traveling
- Some regulations
- Heat Cold (mitigation: monitoring)
- Litter Box (cats)

Possibly Positive Points
- Security (dogs)
- Companionship
- Heat
- Get you outside and walking (dogs)
