In Manhattan a group of upwards of 50 bicycle gang of black teens assaults a BMW with a mother and son inside fearing for their lives.

Later it is reported they also assaulted another vehicle where the driver didn't make out as good. (still researching that assault)

It has been reported that at least one 15 year old has been arrested, but many more need to be identified and brought to justice.
