Quebec COVID-19 “safety” rules are a real life Milgram experiment

Quebec has recently implemented new “safety” cOVID-19 protocol, shutting down “nonessential” businesses until January 11, 2021. Sitting aside whatever “nonessential“ might mean, even “essential” businesses that can remain open or not allowed to sell in “nonessential“ items. This is the absolute arbitrary of certainty at the local pharmacy. it is nothing short of a reallife Milgram experiment.
