Security video: NHP seeks info after woman hit by car, driver takes off

The Nevada Highway Patrol is seeking information on a hit-and-run crash in Las Vegas around 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 26 that left a woman in serious condition at the hospital. The car was last seen in the area of Sands Avenue and Koval Lane with "obvious windshield damage," NHP says.
