Over two hundred twenty-five years ago, after journeying decades in the new world, Galen’s German ancestors settled on our farm. The undulating hills and secreted valleys undoubtedly reminded them of home. Isolated and farming unyielding fields, they struggled with every harvest. Today, our ridge and valley property grows some of the finest grapes in the state. Our soil, elevation and location combine to create an extraordinary microclimate, characterized by dry summers and long cool autumns perfect for ripening wine grapes. We offer tastings for a $5 fee. Groups of 7 or more, Buses, limousines, vans and all commercial vehicles require a reservation. Reservations may be made by calling the winery during normal business hours."
