Congressman Biggs Votes Against the CASH Act

Yesterday, the House passed the CASH Act, which amends the recently passed COVID-19 spending bill to give $2,000 to many Americans.

I voted NO - in large part because our nation must reduce spending and work on targeted ways to help Americans & businesses who are hurting the most.
