Rumble Today, I will share 3 delicious Korean vegan side dish recipes with you.
The fist vegan side is gluten free zucchini Jeon called “AeHoBak Jeon (애호박전)” using grated potato instead of flour.
The second vegan side is cooked bok choy seasoned with soybean paste called “CheongGyeongChae DoenJangMuChim (청경채 된장 무침)”.
