For 4 years, Wayne Schneidrman of PCNY, has helped organize the feeding and clothing of thousands of people right in the streets of New York, every Wednesday night, never missing a single Wednesday. To celebrate his 4th year of doing this hard work, he decided to celebrate by throwing a carnival for those very people he has been trying to help. Bek Lover & The Come Back Team, were on hand to witness and capture the event!
