HandBrake and LBRY/Odysee are not playing well for me

I use HandBrake app to encode videos and always encodes to MP4 formates as per my selections. Now HandBrake encodes the video to M4V format for no apparent reason.
Of those encoded videos, LBRY/Odysee does not play all the videos under that format. The White Temple video is a M4V format it did not play on LBRY/Odysee for the first hour but after that it plays, the other one Crossing a Brige still not play. Another LBRY/Odysee is MP4 format and still not play. All of those 3 videos on LBRY/Odysee lost the thumbnail. Those videos are all on Rumble and they play well there.

It is very strange why HandBrake encodes under M4V format besides selection is a MP4 format. But I manage to overcome this by manually write the file extension as MP4.
