Direct Energy Weapon or Missile Hit Nashville?

Might the missing presence of a bomb crater from the RV 'explosion', indicate something else? Possibly a Direct Energy Weapon [DEW] or Missile?

The secretary of defense, Mark Esper, stated, “China and Russia, seek to erode our longstanding dominance in air power through long-range fires, anti-access/area-denial systems and other asymmetric capabilities designed to counter our strengths.

“In space, Moscow and Beijing have turned a once peaceful arena into a war fighting domain. They have weaponized space through killer satellites, directed energy weapons, and more in an effort to exploit our systems and chip away at our military advantage,” he added.

The targeted AT&T / NSA hardened switching facility was the target. We also now know that the location, which was blurred out by Google street maps, housed the AT&T / NSA VoIP Router Complex, which allows the NSA to spy on all phone conversations and phone texts of anyone using the AT&T network.

Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. In each of these cities, an AT&T facility has been identified by The Intercept.
